Heart Hero Rewards celebrate students’ fundraising and participation throughout their Jump journey. As a heartfelt thank you for your support, you will receive an online gift card* of your choice from one of the following retailers, based on your fundraising achievements: Indigo, Dollarama, Amazon, or Walmart. Students also have the option to donate their gift card back to Heart & Stroke to earn a Heart Hero certificate and help make an even bigger impact.
Gift cards are digital and are emailed directly to families after the school’s Jump event is complete.
*Rewards are non-cumulative. One gift card will be awarded based on total donations collected online.

We’re so proud to celebrate our top fundraising schools again this year with the 2026/2027 Desjardins Top 25 School Recognition Award, proudly sponsored by Desjardins Financial Group.
The top 25 fundraising schools will each receive:
- $500 to support school supplies or gym equipment
- A personalized trophy celebrating their achievement
- Recognition on Jump Rope for Heart’s website and social channel
This award recognizes the incredible commitment, leadership and community spirit demonstrated by schools across Canada.
