Jump Rope for Heart is more than a fundraiser. At home and at school, kids learn EASY Healthy Habits to help protect their heart and brain health!

As a heartfelt thank you for your support, you will receive an online gift card* of your choice from one of the following retailers, based on your fundraising achievements: Indigo, Amazon, or Walmart. 

*Gifts are non-cumulative. One Thank You Gift Card will be awarded based on total donations collected online.  Some participating schools reserve the right to opt-out of individual gift cards for students. Please check with your school to see if they are offering gift cards.

Jump Rope for Heart is teaching kids at my school about the warning signs of stroke. It’s called FAST and knowing these signs could save a life.


FAST stands for:

F - FACE: Is it drooping?

A - ARMS: Can you raise both?

S - SPEECH: Is it slurred or jumbled?

T - TIME: call 9-1-1 right away!


The more people who know the FAST signs of stroke, the more we can save lives. A Jump Rope for Heart student named Max learned about FAST and used them to save his dad’s life! Watch Max’s story here.
