  • Reduce the time you spend in front of your television and computer screen.
  • This month, set aside 30 minutes a day for physical activity.
  • Next month, add another 15 minutes.
  • Every month, add another 15 minutes of activity to your routine until you reach 90 minutes.

Don't be disheartened
It may take you 5 months to reach 90 minutes a day, but think about the years a healthy heart could add to your life!
